Obligations of Both PartiesContractor Obligations
- All work complies with Québec standards and regulations.
- Project updates are provided throughout the job.
- Any workmanship issues are addressed promptly.
- 10-year workmanship warranty included.
Client Obligations
- Provide reasonable site access during working hours.
- Make payments according to schedule.
- Supply agreed client-side materials on time.
- Participate in final walkthrough and sign-off.

Warranty & Guarantee10
Year
GRM Inc. guarantees all workmanship and contractor-supplied materials to be free from defects for a period of 10 years from project completion, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, and issues outside the renovation scope.

Termination & Dispute ResolutionTermination
Either party may terminate with 2 days written notice if obligations are not met. The client remains responsible for work completed and project-specific costs incurred to date.Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith. If unresolved, mediation then arbitration will apply under the applicable Québec jurisdiction.7
Electronic Authorization & Signature
By signing below, both parties confirm they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this renovation contract. Electronic signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures under Québec law.
